Mozzarella

Just wanted to say, we got our very first buffalo mozzarella from your dairy yesterday, and WE LOVE IT! It has been impossible to get the firm texture and yummy taste of fresh mozzarella we remember from Italy until now. We tried the imported stuff, but it was just too squishy. Over the years I have had the pleasure of having in Italy Water Buffalo cheeses, as it's popularity gained, here in the US it became available. I have just bought your Yogurt, as I had never seen or heard of it before today. It is the best. I went back out and bought a "six pack" to make sure that I would have it for the week. I thought, if I get home late from my office I wouldn’t be able to buy more. So now I am stocked for the week. It truly has an amazing texture and taste. What can I say? I simply LOVE your water buffalo yogurt. Years ago, we visited Paris, where I had fro mage blanc. It was delicious. I have missed it until now. I found that your water buffalo milk yogurt is the closest thing I have found to fro mage blanc. I am so grateful for Whole Foods! Am actually having this stuff for dessert, topped with fresh berries and/or honey/maple syrup/nutmeg. Delicious!!!! Thank you so much and I do hope you continue to make this lovely product.

Well, I am down to my last cup of your buffalo yogurt. I savored every one! It is not the taste (plain yogurt tastes, well, plain) but the almost indescribable texture that makes it so enjoyable. I took it out of the cup like a mold and put blackberry preserves over top. I treated it like a desert. Thank you for making this product available for those of us who are a little daring about the foods we eat.
